A: We do not represent any insurance provider, we are an independent online insurance platform that provides a wide range of insurance products from top insurance providers.

Q: How is Sureplify.com different from other insurance sites ?

A: In Sureplify.com we offer products from top insurance providers and all policies are tailor made specially for you in simple English for easy understanding with experts readily to assist.

Payment Methods

Q: What types of payment method do you accept ?

A: We accept online bank transfer, credit card and debit card payment.

Q: What are the payment gateways available ?

A: We currently accept online payment methods as stipulated in our Payment Methods & Policies. Our online payment service is provided and operated by Billplz Sdn Bhd.

Purchase Status

Q: How do I know if my purchase is successful ?

A: First, you will receive an e-mail of “purchase under processing”. The selected insurance company will be finalizing the purchase and we will send a second e-mail confirming your purchase has been successful. In the occasion that you did not receive any e-mail confirmation, please login to your account and check your purchase status.

Q: I've successfully made a payment but I still haven't received my “purchase under processing” email ?

A: A confirmation email will be sent within the same day. If you have not received any email from us, please email us at hello@sureplify.com or contact us at +603-2711 2711. We will reply you the soonest.

Q: My computer froze while processing payment. How do I know if my payment made is successful ?

A: All successful transactions will receive a confirmation e-mail that contains your purchase details. If you have not received any confirmation via e-mail, please email us at hello@sureplify.com or send us a message to our Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/suplify.com). Alternatively, please contact Customer Service to confirm your order placement.

Q: Is it safe to provide my personal data and banking account number on your site ?

A: Yes, we are PDPA (Personal Data Protection Act) registered company and we take your privacy & confidentiality seriously

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refunds

1: Our representatives are readily available to assist you in any forms of enquires and terms & conditions via E-mail and telephone.

2: The refunds will be based on the terms and conditions of Sureplify.com and the represented insurance provider.

3: Refund of premium will be made by the represented insurance provider's deemed appropriate method.

4: There will be no refund of premium in the event that claims have been taken place during the then current period of insurance.

Cancellations

1: Cancellation of the insurance policies are subject to the terms and conditions of the insurance provider

2: If a policy is cancelled, you are entitled to a refund of the premium based on shortperiod rates calculated based on the insurance company's customary schedule
